Construction of Wide-Range Equations of State through "Merging" Local Equations Using Mixture Model.

The paper demonstrates abilities of the method for local equation of state using a mixture model by the example of construction of a wide-range equation of state of iron. A model used for the merging and for computation of thermodynamic functions is described in detail. Graphs are plotted that illustrate behavior of the thermodynamic functions calculated both by the wide-range EOS and by the merged equations of state.
