Adaptive Distributed Key Generation Scheme

This paper proposes an efficient and adaptive Distributed Key Generation(DKG) scheme based on discrete logarithms and quadratic residue problem.It is able to dynamically add and remove members from the group by refreshing the public parameter without altering the public key.The sub-keys of each group members can be reused.It improves the efficiency of the cryptographic system.
