Noise Music and Why I Like It

The unique musical elements of the popular noise music, in which common everyday sounds and those made by ordinary objects, are discussed. It is suggested that noise music, which is characterised by its spontaneity and defiance of the rules of Western music, may appeal to the youth as it does not convey a message about anything but provides only unprepared music.
