About implementation of cloud computing for reachable sets calculation for control systems

The paper investigates the issue of implementation of cloud computing for reachable sets calculation for control systems based on virtual machines. The impact of a virtual machine configuration on the calculation speed is discussed. Based on an algorithm for the approximate calculation of reachable sets, a C ++ program was developed using OpenMP parallel computing technology. With the help of this program, a series of numerical experiments were performed on various configurations of a virtual machine located in the cloud of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The results of the experiments allowed to estimate the efficiency of using some configurations of virtual machines for solving problems of reachable sets calculation.
