Open-access repositories that are managed by universities and other research institutions -i.e.institutional repositories (IR)-have become outstanding pieces in the national and international research ecosystem.Being one of the most relevant institutional systems interacting with CRIS, the IR ranks third behind the HR and institutional authentication systems.
