A Novel Approach for Color Image Denoising using Geometrical Pixel Location Encoding and Decoding Technique

This paper proposed a novel denoising algorithm with a geometrical pixel location. This developed novel denoising algorithm and discussed with reference to the geometrical pixel encoding Process. Many denoising techniques are implemented with high accuracy. Once the image filtered, further improvement in noise improvement is not possible. First, an image is filtered with any denoise technique, then image pixel locations are encoded with defined geometric positions for this encoding technique again filtered with same denoise technique applied earlier. After completion of the denoise process image decoded with original geometric locations. The proposed algorithm is tested with standard denoise techniques. The experimental results show the robustness in upgrading PSNR, SSIM.
