Model of Automated Control of Telecommunication Layer of the Post-Industrial Society Cyber Environment in the Conditions of Extemal Destructive Influences

The results of scientific research in the field of automated control of the telecommunications layer of the post-industrial society cyber environment under external destructive influences are presented. A qualimetric model proposed by the authors, reflecting complex indicators of the performance of the telecommunications layer in a complex interference environment, is given. The obtained results can be used to create software for automated control of the cyber environment telecommunications layer under external destructive influences.
