On Self-Dual Z2Z2[u]-linear Codes

The family of self-dual codes particularly the ones over the binary alphabet is studied often.Recently,is the ring with four elements, u 2 = 0 and r, s are positive integers.In this work, we study self-dual Z 2 Z 2 [u]-linear codes.We introduce two types of self-dual codes.Some examples of self-dual separable and non-separable Z 2 Z 2 [u]-linear codes for each type are given.Binary self-dual codes are obtained as the Gray images of self-dual Z 2 Z 2 [u]-codes.
