Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) become fashionable and exciting to study because it has fast characteristics, able to manage the system independently, saves on the cost, and can be implemented in an exigency condition as military operations, earthquake, vital sign monitoring, and forest fires. However, the problems and challenges faced by MANET are dynamically built communication systems, limited energy consumption and without the support of existing infrastructure. To overcome MANET problems, then the determination of routing protocols very crucial in the increased quality of service (QoS). This research to analyze routing protocols of AODV, OMDV, and DSR based on QoS. Parameters to be examined are the PDR, throughput, packet loss, delay, and routing overhead. The simulation results using NS2 indicate that AOMDV performance is better than AODV and DSR based on PDR, packet loss, and delay parameters. The average increase in AOMDV for PDR is 2.59% - 12.28%. AOMDV is also able to reduce the delay by 41.64 - 91.09 ms, and packet loss is 2.59 - 12.28%. AODV only excels in terms of throughput with an increase of 47.07 - 89.50 Kbps while DSR can reduce the number of packets (routing overhead) of 9489 - 162856 packets.
