Wireless network technology is currently developing rapidly, especially in the health sector, such as monitoring body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure. Checking the heart rate and blood pressure is very important to know the health condition of the patient, especially the blood circulation system in the body's organs. Examination of vital sign generally uses a sphygmomanometer or a stethoscope. However, the use of this tool still has weaknesses in terms of time efficiency, especially in taking patient data in each room. This tool is also not equipped with wireless technology in sending patient data to each service unit in real-time. This problem certainly requires special attention to finding solutions so that the patient's health condition remains monitored in real-time. One solution proposed by the researcher is to make a web-based heart rate and blood pressure monitoring device using the Raspberry pi module. This study aims to assist medical personnel in monitoring patient health conditions in real-time and facilitate medical staff in diagnosing patients' illnesses. The test results showed that the average accuracy in detecting heart rate was 97.90%, and blood pressure was 97.69%.
