A Radar False Track Suppression Algorithm based on Logistic Regression

False track suppression is the difficult problem of data processing for radar. The two are contradictory to ensure the true track starts smoothly and that all possible false tracks are suppressed. This paper presents a radar false track suppression algorithm based on logistic regression. First of all, the evaluation index is given according to engineering experience. And then the logistic regression is used to classify the true and false track on the basis of a large number of test data. The quality management method is referred to suppress the false track further and reduce the misjudgment. Through the radar measured data validation shows the efficacy of the proposed method.
