Voice Input Interface Failures and Frustration

We identify different types of failures in a voice user interface application, from both developer and user perspectives. Our preliminary experiment suggests that user-perceived Pattern Match Failure may have a strong negative effect on user frustration; based on this result, we conduct power analysis to obtain more conclusive results in a future experiment.
