MATLAB and Web cam dependent Advance Handwriting Guide for Visually Impaired

This paper aims to develop an advance handwriting guide machine to empower the visually impaired person to write. It will completely guide the blind person to write on simple paper using simple pen/pencil. In the proposed strategy three stages are included. Intelligent section for tracking writing. Video stabilization using affine transformation. Kalman filter to estimate the dead zone. To execute these steps MATLAB and webcam has been used.
