Rediscussion on the Consideration of Developing Ka TT&C Communication Network

This paper discusses the characteristics and key technical problems of Ka-band earth TTC communication network,points out the advantages of TTC communication network in high speed data transmission,anti-jamming,increasing operation distance,improving measurement precision,reducing effect of blackout and Ka-bandsatellite communication compatibility,etc.,then proposes the assumption that the virtual TTC system be used to solve the rain-fade,and the space spectrum analysis be used to solve Ka-band narrow beam acquisition.
