Personalized search engine is a kind of new intelligent search engines that can learn the interests of users and use it to help users filtering information.The 2nd generation of search engine is analyzed and then a personalized search engine based on SVM(vector space model) that can dynamically learn the interests of users is implemented.In the progress of using the SVM,an improvement is made to simplify the similarity degree algorithm,several methods in distilling keywords and adjusting the personalization computing dynamically are proposed.
