Single-Letterization of Supporting Hyperplanes to Outer Bounds for Broadcast Channels

For the capacity region of a broadcast channel, the converse proof was recast by Chandra Nair as single-letterizing the supporting hyperplanes directly from the multiletter characterization. In this work, we extend this single-letterization method to obtain general outer bounds for two-and three-receiver cases.
