Distributed Spectrum Allocation Algorithm Based on Spectrum Aggregation in Cognitive Radio

In order to let cognitive users access allocated spectrum bands successfully and further improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization,a distributed spectrum allocation algorithm is proposed based on spectrum aggregation,which use graph coloring as the assignment model.This algorithm takes the bandwidth requirements of cognitive users and maximum aggregation span of cognitive terminal into consideration.Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve greater performance in the percentage that cognitive users access networks.
