Role-based Flexible Process Modeling

Based on the analysis of activity-based process modeling,a flexible role-oriented process modeling method is discussed.First,a resource-dependent goal decomposition to identify roles is discussed in this paper.In addition,a layered process-modeling framework is proposed.According to the framework,process modeling consists of four phases: planning,service decoposition,assembling and deploying.The selection and configuration of roles are customer-oriented,which realizes certain flexibility of process modeling through dynamic assembling of the services roles provides.
