Design and Implementation of Multi-channel Thermal-resistance Precision Measurement

For thermal-resistance measuring with long-wire transmission,the corresponding additional error caused by circuit changes in the work environment is far more than the requested error.Four-wire resistance signal transmission introduced in this paper provides a way to resolve the additional error.So-called self-correcting resistance measurement is a method to obtain the resistance values under testing by comparing three set results of the corresponding signal values.Compensating the drift in the measurement circuit is the advantage of this method,which ensures the results obtained under poor conditions be of high accuracy.And the method mentioned above has been tested in a practical application.
