A New Threshold Signature Scheme without a Trusted Dealer

Based on bilinear paring,a new threshold signature scheme without a trusted party is proposed.Usually there is no such an authority which can be trusted by everyone,so the scheme is more attractive than the ones with a trusted dealer.Furthermore,the scheme satisfies almost all the requirements of a good threshold signature,and it is simple and efficient,thus is more applicable in electronic commerce and electronic voting than the previous ones.
