This paper introduces the principle of radar calibrate for distance.Describes the implementation of circuitry,including the design technologies of digital RF memory,wide band microwave IQ modulation and calibration,broadband low phase noise frequency synthesis of local oscillator,microwave switch filter,implement of radar target simulating signal generator.
