Design and Constitution of Filtering and Processing Function of Technology Intelligence System

The information filtering and processing function of a technology intelligence system was taken as object of study.Akind of design approach was discussed and the division and cooperation of auto-filter and manual-filter were interpreted,and the data form and operation process were designed.The final conclusion laid some certain foundation of further study.
