A novel scheme for content-based image retrieval

This paper presents a new scheme for content-based image retrieval. A new similarity measurement method is proposed and a novel texture feature is applied on the test platform of iPhoto. The groundtruth is made of 56,600 images, and the result outperforms the traditional schemes.
