Genetic Analysis for Qualitative-Quantitative Traits Controlled by Two Major Gene Loci

The genetic analysis procedure based on maximum likelihood method for Qualita-tive-Quantitative traits controlled by two major gene loci is proposed. This procedure can test seven genetic hypotheses about two major gene interaction by using EM algorithm and likelihood ratio test. Several problems about application of the method are discussed.
