The Present State & Tendency of Economic Research on the Labor Market of Professional Athletes

Applying documentary and logical analyses methods,this paper analyzed the economic research present state on the labor problems of professional athletes,and forecasts the developing tendency of the relative research on the issue in future.The analysis result indicated that economic research on professional labor issues appears in the 1950s of 20th century,the researchers are mostly the economist,the research content is broad,research real diagnosis research method is widely applied;The domestic relative research starts late,the researchers are mostly the sport workers,the high level fundamental research and the thorough real diagnosis research was lack.With the development of professional reformation,more and more scholars will take part in the relative research,the research content will be more diverse,the research technique will be more scientific,and quantities of high-levels research results will emerge.
