Development of PCR technology

In this article the latest development of PCR technology was briefly reviewed. These include the improvement of thermo cycler, the primer designing soft-wares and designing primer through internet, the characters of various DNA polymerase, the theory and applications of multiplex PCR, DNA shuffling, PCR chip, solid phase PCR and electronic PCR.
