Intro |scope How can a digital service help to reduce E-waste in Norway through helping with fixing of personal computers?This diploma contributes to a discussion of the problem with E-waste in Norway and represents one of the possible ways to lead people toward the partial solution: through lowering the threshold for upgrading computer literacy*.
