Complex Event Processing (CEP) is a technology used by monitoring systems that aims at processing incoming events and generating high-level information. In this paper we aim at continuing the work of optimizing the execution of monitoring queries calling composition of services. We start by designing an algorithm that generates already proved efficient execution plans for these queries. These execution plans are represented as Colored Petri Nets (CPN). We prove that our algorithm generates the minimal CPN for each submitted query. Then we present how the generated CPNs are implemented. Our implementation ensures a high level of efficiency for the execution of monitoring queries.
