Image Recognition of Steel Plate Based on an improved Support Vector Machine

In this article, we present an improved algorithm based on support vector machine (SVM). The innovation of this algorithm is to optimize the image processing based on the steel plate by changing the number of polynomial kernel functions of the support vector machine. After comparing with the previous method, this algorithm has apparent advantages in image detection, and it can clearly get the target area.
