Crowdsourcing outsources work to a community of people voluntarily contribute their time to finish tasks which were done by employees. The advantages of crowdsourcing are low-cost production, the synchronization of resources, improved production efficiency and catering to customers' demand. Current crowdsourcing schemes face many challenges. One problem is that highlighting match the interest and keywords with workers but less consideration on capability. As a result, the efficiency and quality of crowdsourcing is sacrificed. Another challenge is how to protect the privacy of workers and task publishers. To tackle these challenges, a task assignment method based on attribute signature with verifiable capability is proposed in this paper, by which the task publisher can specify the requirements of workers' capability. Consequently, the specific task can only be gotten and decrypted by the competent worker. Meanwhile, by the attribute signature, cloud server only gets to know whether the worker meets the requirements rather than information related to workers' attributes, thus better protection of privacy.
