Face Detection Based on Template Matching and Neural Network

Face detection technique is a branch of the Artificial Intelligence field. Most of the classic detection algorithms have better accuracy, but the speed is in general. The rise of Deep Learning has made neural network achieve remarkable speed in the field of detection, but there is imbalance between accuracy and speed. So in this paper, face detection based on template matching and neural network is proposed, which is committed to implementing the consequent that speed and accuracy are obtained the balance simultaneously. The experiment indicates that the algorithm is better than other traditional detection methods on speed and accuracy in the same time.
