Abstract. As the most basic state of crops in agricultural production, the quality of seeds directly affects the growth of crops and the yield of crops. Therefore, seed treatment process is an indispensable part of seed industry and plays a great role in promoting crop yield. Seed selection is the first step in the process of seed treatment. The process of seed cleaning is mainly divided into air selection, selection, eye selection and specific gravity selection. In order to meet the requirement of seed cultivation experts for fine seed selection, and to achieve good impurity removal rate and screen screen after seed cleaning, this paper analyzed the commonly used seed cleaning mechanism, selected the way of combining wind screening, and optimized the structure to meet the needs of seed experts for small seed cleaning, and adopted open method. Open screen structure to achieve real-time monitoring of seed residues in screen. The reliability of the machine was verified by 3D modeling and simulation experiments..
