Study on the Prediction of Drug Propagation Based on Gravity Model

Ren Xiao, Huiwen Xia · 2019

For a long time, drugs have endangered human life. The study of predicting and controlling the quantity of drugs is an important research topic. In this article, in response to the number of drugs detected in five U.S. states for 8 consecutive years from 2010 to 2017, a gravitational model of drug transmission prediction was established according to the coordinates of each county. The relevant parameters of the gravitational model are determined by Genetic Algorithm(GA). And combined with Self-organizing Maps Neural network(SOM) objectively analyze the trend of the predicted results from 2018 to 2022. The final results suggest that drug is still rising in these five states and needs to be controlled.
