Impulse Consistency of Multi-Agent Delay Network Systems

In this paper, we mainly discuss the consistency of complex multi-agent networks with time-delay and impulsive topological switching. Based on impulse control theory of time-delay dynamical systems, a directed network consistency protocol with impulse topology switching in communication time-delay environment is presented, and corresponding consistency convergence criteria are obtained in two cases: fixed topology and switching topology. The main contribution of this paper is that this consistency protocol can make the whole network reach average consistency exponentially. The results show that the impulse effect of network communication topology plays a very important role in the network uniformity.
