The Clustering Method to the Information Resource Data According to the Sign of the Number of Series of Units as a Tool to Improve the Statistical Coding Efficiency

A fundamentally new approach is considered to improve the statistical coding efficiency from the view point of length reduction of information and increasing the security of information resource. A method for clustering information resource data is worked out. The internal structure of the message element, namely the sign of the number of series of units (NSU), is used as a tool for clustering.
