Abstract This chapter describes parts of the theory of convex polyhedra that are particularly important for optimization. The topics include polyhedral and finitely generated cones, the Weyl–Minkowski Theorem, faces of polyhedra, projections of polyhedra, integral polyhedra, total dual integrality and total unimodularity.
