Transmitting Confidential Data in RADIUS

This document defines a set of Type-Length-Value (TLV) tuples which, when encapsulated in RADIUS Extended Attributes, are designed to allow the secure transmission of sensitive or confidential data (including encryption keys) between RADIUS clients and servers.
