THE USAGE ANALYSIS OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Discusses issues of management activities on conflict management in an educational organization. The author considers the definition of ‘conflict’, ‘conflict management’, given by domestic researchers. Analyzes the implementation of basic management functions with regard to the conflict management process. The main objective of the work was to analyze the literature on conflict management methods in domestic literature and predefine the most pressing problems in the study of this issue.
