Software maintenance is complex and exhaustive phase of SDLC. Incorporating new changes becomes very complicated due to several dependent entities in software applications. Therefore, tools and techniques that can identify dependencies among classes are extremely desirable in order to efficiently manage these changes. In this paper, we present Ruffle, a tool developed using java and python to generate change recommendations in software applications based upon the software revision history. These change recommendations can guide the developers and testers to identify dependencies in software applications and can be very beneficial in the maintenance phase. We have used five open source software applications to evaluate the performance of the proposed tool. The obtained results are promising and able to identify most of the dependent classes in the studied software applications.
