Open Science services for the ELIXIR-GR community

Open science is a movement to make scientific studies and data accessible to the community. Based on ATHENA’s expertise on data infrastructures , and its involvement in the development and hosting of the OpenAIRE Open Science ecosystem , we demonstrate an Open Science infrastructure tailored to the needs of the ELIXIR-GR Node, currently being under construction. The provided services aim to support the management, manipulation, provision, monitoring, and crosslinking of scientific datasets of the ELIXIR-GR community and their related publications. Details on the underlying technologies and data models will be presented, while several use-case scenarios will be demonstrated. Finally, the integration of the infrastructure to the ELIXIR ecosystem will be presented.
