The research on the general and efficient method of network download

The network download is a very frequently used function with the rapid development of the network and the popularization of network applications. Some applications pay more attention to the network download component especially network applications such as professional network download software, network game and a variety of network clients. In the mobile platform, the network download has been widely used in the APP software. It can also be used in the network update upgrade module of various software applications. The network download component which can adapt to a verity of the network environment is very important. The HTTP protocol download is the most widely downloaded form and it is directly used more applications such as network search engine, network data collection system, web crawler system for various uses. Many network stations provide professional application program interface for a variety of special features. The aim of the HTTP download is to get the data from the server and it often uses the GET and POST method to extract data. There are many problems to be solved in the HTTP download progress. The download component must deal with the content encoding, cookies, chunked, timeout and so on. The commonly used encoding is gzip and the download needs to unzip the raw data from the server. If the server doesn’t know the length of response information, it can provide the data in chunked format. The client response such as status code, cookie, and contentcoding and so on.
