Adjustable Arbiter Physical Unclonable Function with Flexible Response Distribution

This paper proposes an adjustable arbiter PUF with flexible response distribution, which expands the application areas of PUFs. In comparison with existing works, it reduces the test time of reliable CRPs by about 3.3×104X, reduces the hardware area of ECC by at least 90%, and reduces the over-testing cases of reliable CRPs by 57%.
