Modeling of Attacks in Sigma Delta ADC for Hardware Security

This paper discusses the designing and simulation of 1 bit Sigma Delta Modulator ADC ,Two attack models has been proposed in order to detect the Hardware Trojan present in the circuit. First attack model describes the controllable Hardware Trojan circuit for output signal modulation and the second attack model describes the capacitive triggered Hardware Trojan circuit. total power consumed in simulation has been calculated keeping in mind the decreasing power requirement in growing CMOS technology. The state of art designs adopted is critically reviewed and improvements are suggested.
