The effectiveness evaluation of tactical internet is an important approach to inspect and improve the tactical internet planning of. At present, the evaluation is still in the development stage, lacking complete theoretical system and systematic research achievements. Through analyzing, summarizing and generalizing the characteristics of tactical internet effectiveness evaluation, the paper proposes an evaluation model based on dynamic entropy method and design program implementation method of the model Finally, it verifies the validity and reasonability of the model with the help of simulation.
