Determination of the relationship between individuals in virtual networks can be modeled as a graph; where each node shows an individual and each edge a relationship between two individuals. Determining Infrastructures in virtual networks can be critical for objective advertising, so that each advertisement is sent to subgroups and Infrastructures which are considered the target group for that advertisement. In this study, an optimal Infrastructure is provided for virtual networks using graph theory and coloring the graph. A new method; Fuzzy irregular cellular automata; was used on two graph of virtual networks with different complexity, and then compared with other methods. The results showed that the proposed method has a more optimal Infrastructure comparing to other methods; and the execution time increases with the increase of graph complexity.
