lexcauc/lexcauc-db: Full concept list, preliminary dataset

This LexCauc release provides the full concept list together with Russian and English definitions and contexts for all concepts and a sample dataset consisting of Itsari Dargwa and Zilo Andi. The concept list itself is fixed and not subject to any further changes. The definitions and contexts, as well as mappings to other databases, especially Concepticon, are still subject to change due to expert feedback. The version numbering scheme that I envision for this project is: MAJOR.CONCEPT.LANG MAJOR: Major releases of the database (significant updates to database structure and language sets). CONCEPT: Increments with every significant change to the concept list (adding new concepts, definitions, contexts). LANG: Increments when new languages are added to the database based on the same concept list. Languages in the database can be based on different revisions of the list. Their metadata will provide unambiguous information on what version they were based on.
