Improving the Measurement Accuracy of a Piezoelectric Pressure Sensor

The paper discusses a method for improving the measurement accuracy of a piezoelectric sensor used in the temperature range from ± 50 °C. Temperature changing affects physical characteristics of the sensor, which distorts pressure measurement. This paper proposes a method to improve pressure measurement accuracy based on temperature influence.
