A Proposed Cipher System Using Isomorphism and Permutations

It is well-known that the cryptography is an important scientific research multidiscipline field. And it is continuously developed through the results of new cipher systems. This fact is very important due to continues fight between cryptosystem designer and the cryptanalyst. For tha reason, the thinking about a suitable approach to enhance the design aspects of the cryptosystems, or finding new approaches of cryptosystems, its considered as great dream or aims of scientists working in this field. The main aim of this paper is to introduce the proposition of using isomorphism's and permutation to produce a good cipher system with good statistical properties.
