A Productivity Framework for Software Development Literature Review

Productivity research has for the most part examined approaches that are focused on deriving a single measure for Productivity = Output / Input. This can work under specific scenarios and context but cannot be applied universally to a broad range of software development projects. This paper makes the assertion that it is possible to measure productivity in a manner that will help identify opportunities to improve productivity.
