Referencing STC in VOTable Version 2.0

This note specifies how to define the roles individual VOTable fields have within the STC data model and the coordinate systems they are expressed in using VOTable GROUP, PARAM, and FIELDref elements. It is hoped that the basic mechanisms proposed here can be applied to data models other than STC as well.
